At S.O.T. Stays of Timor, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data associated with our services or Facebook/Meta integrations, please follow the instructions below.

🔹 Requesting Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data in the following ways:

1. By Email
Send an email to: info@stays.oftimor.com
Please include:

Your full name
Your email address used with our services
A brief description of your request

2. Through Facebook (Meta) Settings
If you connected your account via Facebook, you can remove our app by:

Going to Facebook Settings
Navigating to Apps and Websites
Selecting our application
Clicking Remove

Once removed, we will no longer have access to your Facebook data.

🔹 What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your request, we will delete:

Personal profile information (name, email, phone, etc.)
Booking or account-related data linked to your identity
Any data obtained through Facebook/Meta integrations

🔹 Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that we may retain certain data if required:

To comply with legal obligations
For legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records, fraud prevention)

Such data will be securely stored and only retained for as long as necessary.

🔹 Processing Time

We will process your request within 7–14 business days.
