REGULATIONS:

1.1  All fuel used shall be paid for by the Renter and return with full tank.
1.2  Make sure the car is clean before return to the owner.
1.3 Cancellation less than 24 hours apply a full day payment
1.4  The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or property for hire.
1.5 The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers, goods or materials more than the rated
weight carrying capacity of the vehicle.
1.6 The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers other than in the interior or cab of the
vehicle.
1.7  The rented vehicle shall not be used to push, propel or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other thing
without the written permission of the Owner.
1.8  The rented vehicle shall not be used for any race or in any competition.
1.9  The rented vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purpose.
1.10  The Renter shall not operate the vehicle in a negligent manner.
1.11  The rented vehicle shall not be operated by any other person other than the Renter without the written
permission of the Owner.

1.12 Client must pay car body scratch upon return of the vehicle. Small Scratch start pay from USD20.00 up

1.13 Minor damage to totally damage of the car is responsible by the renter.

1.14 Total damage of the car or car lost will be replaced new one by the renter.

1.15 The Car must be wash and return clean both inside and outside. failure to do so resulted  USD10.00 fee. ( This is for use to use an external person to take the car and wash)

VIOLATIONS:
Late returns:
0-1 Hour late: No charge
1-2 Hours late: ½ the average USD10/day
2-6 More hours late: we charge half a day price

2.7  Beyond 6 hours we charge full day fee.
