O Presidente da República, no uso da competência exclusiva atribuida pelos artigos 86. o , alínea l) e 133. o , n. o 6, da Constituição da República Democrática de Timor-Leste, conjugado com o artigo 14 o , n o 1 e n. o 2 da Lei n. o 14/2005, de 16 de Setembro, alterada pela Lei n. o 11/2011, de 28 de Setembro, que aprova o Estatuto do Ministério Público, decreta:
