Presidential Decree 36/2025
O Presidente da República, ao abrigo da alínea o) do artigo 86° e da alínea a) do no 2 do artigo 128°, ambos da Constituição da República Democrática de Timor-Leste, e tendo ainda em conta o disposto na alínea a) do n° 2 do artigo 165°, bem como o no 3 do artigo 165°, ambos da Lei no 5/2022, de 30 de março (Estatuto dos Magistrados Judiciais), decreta:
